It is Palmyra's very first project. Our purpose was to create a residential compound after the name of the marvelous Damascene flower, the Jasmine. The site layout was designed in the shape of a Jasmine.
Consist of 172 ( two and three stories ) villas.
The types of the villas are three types.
( Joury - Ful - Gardenia )
Each villa built on a lot of 560 - 1000 sq.m.

such as reception service that fulfills the requirements of all families in the project
in addition to a nursery and library
It was taken in consideration in the design of the project the preservation of natural
environment with the use of 40% of the total project area of the building and remained
an area of 60% of water and green areas.
