Progress of work in jasmine hills The finishing work at the touristic section which mainly consists of the interior and exterior plastering work, is still going on now where over 70% has been completed up to date.
As for the residential section of the project, the structural and skeleton work are progressing steadily in all of the three petals containing all the patterns which are fell, gardenia, and joury where the excavation work for most of the foundation has been carried out allowing for structural work of concrete and reinforced concrete and water proofing work to take place.
The backfilling work is also in progress for the villas where the finished foundations and water proofing work have been completed.
The reinforced concrete work of the retaining walls in the touristic section is still in progress where a big portion has been done, as well as the walls separating the villas.
The weather in the area of the project is fair and nice nowadays which is very convenient for the execution of the work on site.
